Strategy
Part of what makes us unique is our team approach to planning and executing case strategy. Every Monday morning our attorneys meet to review all of the Firm’s new cases. Although specific attorneys are assigned to each case, these case review meetings leverage our collective knowledge, experience and relationships to ensure that we leave no stone unturned. We focus on effective, quality representation leading to positive results. Our reputation is based on delivering that promise while maintaining respectful, collaborative and professional relationships at all times.
Professional Excellence
To help implement these core values, Kenney & Sams places a high priority on providing continuing education to its attorneys on the civil process, trial practice and on the latest legal developments. To that end, directors conduct quarterly seminars on discovery, motion and trial practice or on substantive areas of the law to ensure that all lawyers possess the necessary skills to advance a case through its stages to a successful conclusion. This also ensures that each client’s case receives the attention to detail the firm expects. In addition, attorneys may be asked to present on a recent legal development at one of the firm’s weekly meetings. These presentations provide oral advocacy opportunities while the firm’s lawyers receive information to guide them in their practice.
